A criminal case initiated on breach of rules for driving or operating combat, special transportation vehicles
A criminal case was initiated in the Eighth Garrison Investigative Division of General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on breach of rules for driving or operating combat, special transportation vehicles.
On June 1, 2015, at 06:30 the serviceman of artillery battalion of unit N of RA Ministry of Defense M. Zaqaryan was driving “Zil-131” attached to him to Shaghat village of Syuniq region.
According to initial data, M. Zaqaryan, breaching the rules for driving transportation vehicles on Sisian-Shaghat road, lost control and crashed in the result of which the servicemen of the same battalion who were in the car sustained bodily injuries of several degrees.
A criminal case was initiated in the Eighth Garrison Investigative Division of General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 377 of RA Criminal Code on breach of rules for driving or operating combat, special transportation vehicles which negligently caused medium-gravity or grave damage to human health.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
