A criminal case initiated on death of junior sergeant in combat position
A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on death of the serviceman Arman Osipyan in combat position.
On 14 February, 2015 at about 04:40 the serviceman of the unit N Arman Osipyan sustained firearm injuries in the result of shots fired as a result of violation of combat duty regulations in combat position of the same unit and died.
A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee pursuant to the Part 3 of the Article 365 of RA Criminal Code (violation of combat duty or combat service rules which caused grave consequences).
Preliminary investigation is under way.
Measures are taken to find all the circumstances of the case.
