A criminal case initiated on serviceman Mher Arzumanyan’s death
A criminal case was initiated in the Second Garrison Investigative Unit on murder of serviceman Mher Arzumanyan committed by the enemy.
On April 28, 2017 at about 09:30 in the result of the shot fired by the enemy towards the combat base of protection area of the unit N serviceman Mher Arzumanyan sustained a fatal injury at the area of the chest.
A criminal case was initiated in the Second Garrison Investigative Unit on murder out of motives of national, race and religious hate or fanatism. Preliminary investigation is conducted.
