In the framework of the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on March 6, 2020 a decision was made to involve A. V. as a defendant according to the Point 6 of the Part 2 of the Article 38-34-104, the Part 1 of the Article 131 and the Point 1 of the Part 3 of the Article 38-176 of RA Criminal Code for committing the acts apparently dangerous for public. Particularly, in 2016 he instructed his relatives S.K., Ye.Ye., A.Kh and A. to steal the car of «BMW X6» make worth 25.000 USD tantamount to 11.900.000 AMD which belonged to his previous friend E.A.. After it the mentioned people with a group formed by A.V., with prior agreement, in the crossroad of Burnazyan and Sasuntsi Davit Streets of Yerevan blocked the mentioned car, then using violence not dangerous for E.A.'s life, hit the latter, pushed him to the ground then obviously stealing the car, left.  

Then in summer, 2019 A.V. instructed his nephew A.V. to kidnap his previous friend E.A. and bring him to his house. In order to do this A.V. met E.A. near his residence and offering him to go to A.V.'s house to talk to him, deluded E.A. and abusing his confidence and obviously kidnapping took him to the house located in Artsakh Street, Yerevan where, by A.V.'s instruction, he was kept and subjected to violence for a long time.

Besides, A.V., being in hostile relations with E.A. for a long time, instructed to deprive E.A. from life illegally. In order to carry out this, on March 4, 2020 at about 17:30 in a way dangerous for many people's life, for the purpose of depriving E.A. from life illegally, fired shots from the car driving in Burnazyan Street, Yerevan towards E.A. standing in front of the workshop located in the same street. In the result of shots the latter and M.M. who was in the workshop sustained firearm injuries as well as there was a real danger for the life of those who were in the workshop. However, the person who had apparently fired shots could not complete the crime under unforeseen circumstances and left in the mentioned car.

On March 8, 2020 detention was chosen as a pretrial measure against A.V. by the Court of First Instance of Yerevan and search was declared against him.

On March 5, 2020 charge was pressed against the latter’s nephew A.V. for committing the apparent crimes according to the Part 1 of the Article 131 (kidnapping), against S.K. according to the Point 1 of the Part 3 of the Article 176 (robbery) and on the same day motions were submitted to court to use detention as a pretrial measure against them. However, the mentioned motions were rejected and signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against them.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
