Within Criminal Case on Intoxication of Residents of Armavir Two more Persons Arrested
Within the criminal case investigated in Armavir Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on intoxication of residents of Armavir two more persons were arrested.
It was earlier informed that a criminal case was initiated on the mentioned case according to the Part 3 of the Article 279 (manufacture or sale of goods, or performing work, or providing services which do not meet safety requirements) of RA Criminal Code. The resident of Armavir Ashot Hovsepyan, born in 1970, was arrested on suspicion of selling goods which do not meet safety requirements.
In the result of investigatory and procedural actions, as well as operative-intelligence measures two more persons were arrested.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
