Chairman of RA Investigative Committee Hayk Grigoryan Held Consultation on Issues on Fight against Criminal Subculture
The Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee Hayk Grigoryan held a working consultation on issues of qualification of criminal acts related to criminal subculture and investigation methodology within these cases.
Deputy Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee, Head of General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases A. Melikyan, Deputy Head of General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases V. Mesropyan, heads of departments of the general department K. Sahakyan, Yu. Ivanyan, H. Hambaryan, deputy heads and employees of the departments, Head of the Department of Criminalistics of the General Department on Special Assignments, Organizational-analytical Activity and Criminalistics R. Vardanyan and the employees of the department were present at the consultation.
During the working consultation the head of the Department of Criminalistics R. Vardanyan presented the methodical guide on investigation of criminal acts related to criminal subculture, issues on qualification and distinction of the acts, their disclosure, investigation planning, proper organization, tactical features of separate investigatory actions as well as opportunities to apply international experience.
During the discussion the Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee H. Grigoryan gave specific instructions.
